We use your information to provide quotes, schedule and complete pickups, send appointment confirmations and arrival updates, send invoices and payment links, answer questions, and follow up after a job. We do not sell personal information.

3.SMS / Text Messaging

When you give your mobile number (by texting or calling our business number, or submitting our website form) you consent to receive texts from Junk Bash about your quote, appointment, service, billing, and support. Messages are conversational and account-related; no promotional or marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (e.g. a customer service or messaging platform) is permitted solely to deliver the service you requested. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
